春は眠りの季節

温かいくなってきた綾部上林のここ市野瀬の我が家。
猫娘たちは今まで以上によく寝ています。

ある時は僕の膝を枕に、ある時はクッションの上でのび～、そして少し横になって
気を抜くと僕の上や脇で寝息を立てています。
ドラとうっしーで場所の取り合いです。

春は眠いのだな～

Sleeping cutie !!

At last, our village in Kambayashi, Ayabe became Spring.
It gets warm, or more even hot recently.
My little cats sleep more than ever.

One time, Dora slept on my knee, other time, they both slept on the sofa.
If I lay down, it became bed for them. Dora and Usshi come to sleep on me.
It is first come first take to take position.

As they are teenager, the spring wind makes them sleepy just same as human.

藍染１

ここ綾部上林の水源の里市野瀬に暮らす方々はみなさん好奇心旺盛。

いろんな事を試したり、取り組んだり、新しいものもどんどん取り入れていってます。

そんなおじいちゃんとおばあちゃんのうちの一組のご夫婦からいろいろアイデアをいただいてます。

ご主人はウド（下記写真）や自然薯を村の名物として栽培、そして奥様は村で以前からあった伝統食を本にされたりしながら、さらに新しいものを研究されています。

その奥様が、昨年『やってみない？』とおっしゃったのが草木染と藍染。

ご本人は綾部展示会をするような作品としての藍染も作られていたが、いまは体のことも

ありやめていて、もし興味あれば伝授しますとのこと。

　『ここ市野瀬の大地で育った藍を、ここ水源の里の水と太陽で染める』

なんかそれっていいなと思い、宿の体験メニューに取り込むことに。

前勉強のため、昨年は藍染の本場徳島へ行き、トータスさんを見学、実際体験し面白さを実感。

そしてやっと春になり、種の植え付けの時期になりました。

ということで、そのじいちゃん、ばあちゃんに借りた畑。

当初はススキだらけだったものを、秋から刈ってはススキを少しづつおこしてきました。

ここを藍畑にしていきます。

People of this village Ichinose, Ayabe, have tans of curiosity.

They try new things without any hesitation. Maybe that is why they accept me

here and treat me so nice.

One grandpa and grandma taught me lots of things and it gave me 

some idea for the guest house.one of them is indigo dye. 

That grandma used to dye things and made art work

Then from today I start new project. Project which people from other place can enjoy experience,

and locals can feel nostalgia and something new.

There are lots of abandon field here or others countryside, so I reuse it.

To grow indigo, at first I had to cultivate the field which Japanese pampas grass are grown so many

Since last year, from time to time, I mow those grass and dig them out.

Because of it, I finally cultivate some part of this field.

Then I will plant indigo seeds here soon.

畑　プログレス！

先月、友人のうにおさん、あかねちゃんに始まり、

ちーたびでいらした株式会社カスタネットのみなさん、

そして山田さんに

開墾していただいた畑にジャガイモを植えました。

First Potato

Last month, my friends and people of Castanet co., and Mr. Yamada cultivated my field.

Then today my first potato was planted finally.

Hopefully it grows fine, and I will cook them with curry or something.

登記完了！

昨日約半年間かけておこなってきた建物と土地の登記を完了しました。
これで正式に宿の土地と建物が自分のものになりました。

『土地』　　　　　完了書類　⇒

→①農地であったため、まず書類と署名をあつめ申請、
      『非農地証明』を受領
 　②地目変更　『畑』から『宅地』
 　③登記申請書

　 ④登記原因証明情報
　 ⑤印鑑証明、住民票

『建物』

→①建物と平面図を製作
　 ②所有権をまず、第3者による元の持ち主のもので
　　　あると証明を作成

　 ③次にその元の持ち主から僕に譲渡という書類を作成
　 ④印鑑証明、申請書と合わせて提出

書類への署名集めが、売主が3姉妹ということもあり、なかなか大変。
もし元の登記上の登録住所と本人現住所が別の場合はもっと大変とのことでした。

おかげさまで、登記に関してかなり勉強になりました。

Finally I did it

It takes about half year, but I have finally finished registration of land and house at the legal matter office.

As for the land, at first I have proved that it is no longer cultivate, then it became to be land for house on paper.

and about the house, I have ordered pro to make plan shown how big it is and what kind of material is used for building.
Then I register former owner at first, and transfer the right of ownership to me.

anyhow, now the house for Guest house became mine on paper.

春らしくなってきましたが、家では。。

避妊手術後１か月もたち、猫娘は元気いっぱいです。
外は春らしい気候の日もありますが、朝晩、そして家の中はひんやりしているので、
隙あらば、膝の上にきたり、二人で引っ付いてます。

うっしーが寝ていると大抵ドラが上によりかかっており、寝苦しくないか心配。

あと最近外に野良の雄猫（たぶん）がさかってよってきており、だみ声で家に呼びかけています。
最初は反応していた猫娘も、最近はめっきり野良”おじさん”猫の事は無視しています。

Recent my sweet cat babies

It is getting warm recently, but it is still chilly at night and morning. also in my house, because of mountain behind, it is chilly even the daytime.

maybe that is why my cats come to sleep on my leg whenever I kick back.

Other things, speaking of Spring, some male cat came to my garden and mew even midnight.
At first, my cats seemed to be surprised and went to window to check it.

But recently they ignore this fat old cat guy.
so because maybe he felt they are not into him, he has not shown up today.
What a relief !!

ゲストハウス開業への道8 / Road to opening Guesthouse in Ayabe 8

ありがたや補助金

今月以前申請していた、ゲストハウスの
コンテンツの一つである畑用の
獣害防護柵が届きました。

村単位で申請し、当日公会堂でみなで振り分け作業をおこないました。
その後公会堂から自宅まで軽トラがない僕のために近所の方々がわざわざ運んでくださいました。

その数
下の段のフェンス７３枚、
上の段のフェンス７３枚
支柱１１０本、アンカー２１９本

総額２０万円相当のものですが、１か月以内に設置、検査をうけることで、
すべて無料になります。

ということで、毎日雪でも少しづつ畑（計５か所）に運んだり設置したりしています。


Thanks for city subsidy

Last weekend I got fences for preventing animal from cops.

There is subsidy for installing fences, not for individual but group.
So we took amount of fences which people wants, and made one group order.
Total estimate is about 2000 dollar.
It is a lot if I buy them.
However I install all of them in one month, and take some photo for paper work, and then
I will have inspection, it all become free of charge.

On the day of delivery, we separated those tans of fences to each others.
Since I don't have the truck, some of neighbor brought them to my house.
How kind !

My total amount are 73 lower fenced, 73 higher fences, 110 struts, 219 anchors.

From next day it got snowing but I try to bring something or installing something,
even it is just one anchor. otherwise I won't finish putting all in one monthe.

番外編③ / Extra edition 3

またまた上林周辺スポット紹介

周辺と言っても車で２時間の滋賀県でスノーシューハイクを体験してきました。

スノーシュー履いているだけで、普通なら腰まで沈むような雪の中も歩けます。

初心者コースは小学生でも問題ないくらいのものです。３時間雪の中をあるき、
ランチも雪の中に座る場所を作っていただき食べました。

途中夏は林道という道を歩くとカーブミラーが深く埋まり、目の高さにあります。
それほど雪深い場所です。

綾部の上林でも取り入れたいウインタースポーツです。

Go on an excursion

We went to snow shoe hiking last weekend at the Shiga pref, which is about 2 hours by car
from Ayabe Kambayashi.

It was our first time to snow-shoe. so I didn't know what is deference between snow hiking and snow-shoe hiking.

But once I got there, I was surprised that there are so much snow and deeper snow than here.


One time I put stick on the snow ,and it went so down, I guess it was about 1 m.

We walked the road which is blockade by snow in the winter time. and at the lunch time, the staffs made the space for sitting.
So considerate !

One place, we could see the road side mirror as same height as us. I mean there are that much of snow.

Our course was beginner one. so there were some kids within.

I would like to do snow-shoe hiking in Kambayashi,Ayabe some day.
