綾部観光案内２ / SIghtseeing point in Ayabe 2

坂尾呂神社

奥上林にある神社で、室町時代のもの。正式な年代はわかっていないが、
１７８９年に再建に着手した記録がある。

祭神：須佐之男尊

本殿に彫られている鳥獣の木彫りが素晴らしい。

あとは先週までは桜が満開で、参道まで、
まず階段をのぼり、
そこから参道となるが、土の道を整備した自然の参道の左右に
桜が植えられており、桜のトンネルのようです。また参道は高台になっていて、奥上林を見渡せます。

Sakaoro Temple

This Temple doesn't have record of construction. but re-construction date is known to us. That is 1789.

Dedicated to Susanoo no Mikoto
                     (Son of Izanagi & Izanami)

Wooden carving animal at main shrine is awesome.
That is no doubt one of most-see place.
Besides carving, actually, you can enjoy walking approach.

Why ?

Because there are lots of cherry blossom both side of approach. It seems like walking under cherry blossom tunnel.

The approach itself is located on the hill, so you can
look around Oku-Kambayashi

朝の散歩の一面

村（市野瀬）を散歩すると、スズメとウグイスのなき声、
川のせせらぎがとてもすがすがしいです。

また自然に咲いてる花と販売用に村の方が栽培している花が咲き始め、村中がカラフルです。

チューリップと桜を一緒に見れるという珍しさもこの綾部上林の特長です。うちの庭にも桜とボケ、水仙、チューリップが咲いてます。

 Morning walk

Recently,the weather is stable, so I walk around my village (called ICHINOSE).

What I found is sound of river, sparrow, and Japanese bush warbler.

and also if you look around, there are lots of flowers. One is nature, another is cultivated by locals.

It is very rare that you can see tulip and Sakura (cherry blossom) together in one place. That is one of specialty here in Ichinose.

In my garden, there is Cherry blossom, Japanese quince and tulip.

サイクリングロード / Cycling road

サイクリングブーム

今中丹地方の綾部・福知山・舞鶴で１００キロのサイクリングロードが整備されたました。
道路沿いには青い線が引いてあって「～まで何キロ」というように道案内されてます。

コース上にはサポートステーションということで、いろいろなお店が空気入れや工具の貸し出しをしております。近くではあやべ温泉やカフェのじょんのびさんなど。

これが上林の地域活性化につながればいいですね。


Cycling road set up!

Recently, three cities (Ayabe, Fukuchiyama, Maiduru) set up 100-kilometer cycling road.

just like photos, on the road, there are blue line, which indicates this is right way, and show how many kilometer to destination.(like Ayabe Onsen)

on the way, there are place that supports biker to use toilette, or fix bicycle.
around Kambayashi, Ayabe-Onsen, and some cafe are those station.

I wish this make good fortune to our community.
not only money but also helping depopulation.

春 / Spring comes

上林の春

綾部上林の春は遅い。市内では桜も満開ですが、こちらは３～５分咲き。

自宅の庭の花を観察してみました。

この2日間のチューリップともう一つ、こないだまでバラと思っていた棘のある木は木瓜の木でした。

木瓜の木は蕾がたくさんついていますが、本日２～３つ咲き始めました。

Spring in Kambayashi Ayabe

Sakura trees blossom now in Ayabe city center area, but here in Kambayashi, which is located 30 km east from center.so sakura is still less than half way to go.

In my garden, the daffodils are in bloom. and tulip I plant a few weeks ago is about to come out.
and there is another flower which I thought rose at first is actually Japanese quince. The tree has put out lots of buds. They were just buds 'till yesterday. But today, I saw some flowers.

新アイテム / New Item

ニューアイテムたち

新しく家に増えたものを紹介します。ＢＢＱ用のコンロはＦＢで紹介しましたが、
家の中にも２つテーブルが増えました。あとお酒おく台（本当は箪笥だと思う）

ただ１つは高さが微妙なのでもう一つの机用のベンチシートにしました。

あとは縁側でのんびり本を読むためのソファー２脚とテーブル、そして応接用に
名がソファ３つ、これは結構長いので、お泊りの方これからここでも寝れますよ。





New Items are coming !!!

I got BBQ-set as i posted on Facebook.
I have others coming to my house.

Now I have two more table. one of table is so low that i sit down. so I make it a bench-seat.
and I have a place to put alcohol on. (I think this is drawer)

Also I've got two sofas and table at the terrace.
this would be nice to sit on and read some books when it is sunny or even rain.

finally, there are 3 big sofas. Thanks to the sofas, this room can be used not only as drawing room to greet guests but also bed room after I prepare blankets.

村用 / Community Volunteer

初の村用参加

こういった山里には村用と呼ばれる共同作業があります。
先日参加したのは私道整理。冬の間雪の下に埋もれてた枝や土砂を村の端から端まで
かき集める作業です。距離にして約１．５ｋｍくらい。

すくっては三輪車にのせ、捨てに行くを繰り返します。

でもこういうみんなで行事をするのっていいですね。
来週は一年の豊作などを祈るため舞鶴の愛宕さんにいきます。

あとは夏祭りや秋祭りなどもあります。祭は外からの参加もできますので、
みなさんのお越しをお待ちしております。

Work together

Village like us has some work season by season.

Last month, I joined for the first time.
It was like cleaning road.
It was covered by snow whole winter.

so in spring, we have to clean up some branch, earth and sand from edge of village to edge.
The distance is like 1.5 km.

I picked up some sand or so and put it to Three- wheeler then throw away.
It was nice to do such a thing. It makes me feel living together.

except for work, there are some festival in summer, autumn.
and next Sunday I go to the Temple to pray we will have good harvest in Autumn.

幻のトチノキ / Old Japanese horse chestnut

綾部上林に存在して２０００年！

本日は奥上林君尾山にいってきました。

登山でなく、目的は『幻のトチノキ』と呼ばれる木を見に行くことです。

そのトチノキは山の山中の斜面にたたずんでました。

ちなみに樹齢は推定２０００年です。

樹高：２３ｍ

幹囲：約１０メートル

『京都の自然２００選』にも選ばれています。そして全国第３位の大きさです。

（写真では対象物がないため大きさが伝わらないのが残念）

Two thousand years old !! 

Today I have been to Mt Kimio.
but it is not mountain hiking.
I went to see wonderful Japanese horse chestnut.
what is wonderful?
That is age of tree. it is said about 2000 years old.

Other information
Height : 23m
Girth:  about 10m

It is chosen as one of Kyoto beautiful nature 200.

and also it is third biggest horse chestnut in Japan.
