暖かいところが好きだ〜

最近めっきり寒くなって、元々ひあたりがあまりよくない我が家では一部の場所で決まった時間だけ日が当たります。

猫ちゃんたちはその時間はそこに入り浸り。

そして夜はこたつで主人ともどもまったり～


We want heat!

Recently, it is getting really cold in the morning and at night.
In my house, most of places are in the shade whole day.

But only one place gets in the sun.
So my girls are sitting on the sofa at that time.

and nowadays, they kick back in the KOTATSU with me.
 *KOTATSU is Japanese foot warmer with a quilt over it.

上林からの登山スポット

先日東舞鶴の青葉山に行ってきました。

西峰（692m）と東峰(693m）の双耳峰。またの名を若狭富士といいます。

たしかに小浜方面から27号線を舞鶴に走ると三角で富士山やピラミッドの様。

ただし今回は登山なので、その景色はみえませんでした。

しかし草と根っこの山道（ほぼ登りばかり）を上ると西峰からは綾部上林方面の三国岳などの山々が

連なって見えます。

そして反対側は日本海、いくつかの小島と遠くロシアや朝鮮半島がみえたようなみえてないような。

上林から車で約40分。登頂時間約1時間、1.5㎞

Mountain nearby

I just went climbing Mr Aoba a.k.a Wakasa-Fuji a few days ago.

*In Japan as you know, there is the tallest mountain called Mt Fuji. and around Japan.There are mountains called "bla bla- Fuji" .e.g "Wakasa-Fuji""Ezo-Fuji" and so on.

Mt Aoba is located in the eastern side of Maizuru.

The height is 692 m (west peak) and 693 m(east peak).

After climbing to the top, you can see the mountains like Mt Mikuni and some other mountains. and in the opposite side, you can see the ocean with the peninsula and islands.

It is wonderful view. and if I stay there, I suppose that I can watch the sea of clouds.

The distance to Mt Aoba from here : 40 minutes.

Climbing time : 1 hour

一気に寒くなりました。

台風19号が過ぎ一気に寒くなった
綾部上林です。
僕自身もフリースを来ています。

そしてうちの猫ちゃんたちにニューアイテム
”猫用ブランケット”を
今日購入したら気に入ってくれたみたいで、よく寝てます。

『ねーこーはこたつ（毛布）で丸くなる』状態です。

本物のこたつかわなきゃ




It gets chilly

After Typhoon No 19 passes here, it gets chilly here.
I already wear fleece today.

So I bought blanket for my cats.
It seems they like it. they looks comfortable, and sleep on it.

As Japanese song says,
"Cat lay huddled under Kotatsu"
It is actually not under the Kotatsu but on the blanket"

*Kotatsu is Japanese foot warmer

上林の精神 / The spirit of Kambayashi

上林の精神なの？

ここに来てからよく思うのは、
みなさんのホスピタリティです。

うちの集落のおばあちゃんが編集した小冊子で季節ごとの市野瀬や作物、

またその加工品などを紹介しています。
その冊子のタイトルが

『なあんもないけど、
 ちょっとあがっていきないな』といいます。

そんな感じに家によんでくださったり、遊びにいったら帰りにお土産をくださったりしてもてなしてくださる。

何も特別なものないけど、
『これ家でつけた漬物とご飯あるから、
　たべていきな～っという感じ。』

かつてそうやって里山ではお互い助け合ってきたんだと思います。

なんかそれってかつて旅していたときの中東やアジアのよう。

自分もそういうココロをもって来る人をおもてなししたい。

先日地元の方に新米３ｋｇをいただき、そのお礼を持って行ったところ、

今度は３０ｋｇの新米をいただきました。

What a hospitality !

Recently I felt hospitality of people who live in Kambayashi, Ayabe.

Actually it happens all the time.

People here like inviting people to their houses.
and when the guest leaves, most of time, they will give you
something to take out.

There is book which is written and edited by local.
The book is called "There is nothing but please come inside"

This spirit is what I felt in Asia or Middle-East when I traveled around.

As you can see the photo, a few days ago I have received 3 kg of new rice
from myneighbor which is just harvested.
and then later on, I brought some souvenir from Osaka.

Then guess what happened!!!
This neighbor gave me another 30 kg of rice as a return.
I couldn't believe it!!

So I want to be like this when the guest come to stay at our guest house.

旅する里山猫

徳島の神山から綾部に来た時以来の初めての旅に猫ちゃんと

行ってきました。

旅といっても大阪の実家に3泊かえっただけですが、猫にとっては長旅。

案の定うっしーは初めは車に驚き泣いていたものの、すぐなれ寝てました。

しかしドラは徳島～大阪～綾部の移動の時同様、ずっと泣いてました。

あとでケージをみると毛が大量に抜けてました。ストレスが原因？

そういう往復の苦労がありましたが、実家ではカーペットを気に入ったみたいで、

今までにみたことないゴロゴロでした。

Country cats traveled!!

For the first time, my country cats traveled.
They went to my parents' home in Osaka.

As I expected, Usshi got used to ride on the car soon. but Dora mew all the time when I drove my car.

On the road, they had tough time, but in my parents' home they stayed relaxing so much.
You can see it in the photo.

During day time, they slept well as my parents said, but night time, they run around the house.
I were worried that It disturb my parents and niece's sleep.

One thing I decided is that I am gonna buy nice comfortable carpet for them.

このブログの本題。ゲストハウス開業へ向けての活動報告。

地道な書類関係、法律関係の準備、下調べを進める毎日。

それと並行してとりあえずお借りした畑（計1反）の作業に取り掛かる。

建物の横の畑は少し頑張れば作物植えることができるのですが、奥の畑、これが何年と耕されていない。（つまり土はとてもいい状態）

すすきが身の丈以上、３ｍくらいかな。そしてそのすすきの幹もまるまるとよく太ってます。（表現が正しいかわからないが）。　　　　　　　　　　　　　
なんかアメリカのコーン畑にいるような錯覚。

これを根からおこすことができるのだろうかと少し不安になるが、刈らなければ、
前にすすまないので、すすきジャングルに挑み中。

ストレスたまってる人、なにかを切り倒したい人、純粋に畑いじりしたい人
だれでもヘルプ歓迎です。
↑高さがわかるよう刈払機立ててみた。3m近い / Those are taller than grass cutter.It is about 3 m high.

What you can do here

Recent I have been working with paper, such as renting field, and reconstruction of house and so on.

Then finally, I could start dealing with field not on the paper but on the real ground.

I have now 1000 square meter of field to cultivate, where We and guest can enjoy farming or else.

But at first I have to cut and get rid of these Japanese pampas grass which have not been cut for a while.

So always welcome who wants to cut something, or just experience cultivation.

庭美化計画④ / Make it beautiful 4

焚火

今日初めて焚火をしました。

先日切った枝や雑草の処理をいつかしようと数日置きっぱなしていた木々。
一度燃やそうと試みましたが、全く燃えず。

今日は火種をつくったあと、とりあえず燃えそうなものを投下する作戦で木々をなんとか燃やしました。

ただ思ったのこの辺りの家は土壁だったり、茅の屋根だったりするので、
風のある日は注意が必要。

Bonfire

I left branch and weed alone for a while.
Yesterday I finally made bonfire and burned them all.

At first it didn't be in flames.
But little by little,
I understood how it works.
and look that photo!! I made it!!

I learned one thing while watching fire.
The houses around here have thatched roof, and weed and mud wall. so it is obvious to be careful about fire and something left alone after putting out.
